A little about me
My work at Meta lives inside Central Integrity & Support — the team responsible for what happens when someone reports a problem, asks for help, or gets stuck. After five years of focus, I've been able to help drive a shift from shipping the org chart, to a more unified product stack, to empowering the next generation of AI-first support experiences.
I'm not designing flows. I'm designing the system that designs them.
Outside of Meta, I co-founded SNACKS, a digital product studio I run with David Bean and Ian Hall. SNACKS is where I get to work with founders and enterprise intrapreneurs directly — strategy, design, and engineering for ventures that need a senior team without the agency overhead. It's active, profitable, and quietly one of the things I'm proudest of.
Before Meta and SNACKS, I spent over 12 years building a design practice at Dom & Tom — starting as their first design hire in 2010 and ending as Chief Design Officer, leading an 18-person practice across product, brand, and platform work for clients like Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, JPMorgan Chase, Bloomberg, Tyson Foods, NBC Universal, and the Alzheimer's Association.
And before that, I was in book publishing — five-plus years at Triumph Books, a Random House imprint, designing covers and interiors for what eventually added up to a few hundred titles. That stretch is where my typography habits and respect for editorial pacing come from. I never really left it behind.
Over twenty years in design, from book covers to platform architecture. I'm a fan of multi-brand systems, support-shaped problems, and dad jokes.
In my personal time, I love to create and build things with my kids, most notably our annual Halloween display.
